I served many Euro type dinners, one of which was Hungaian Paprikosh (Not sure of spelling) but the dish was a favorite of my patrons. It is prepared by stewing a chicken with herbs, onions and Hungarian Paprika. When the chicken is tender it is removed from the broth which is saved to cook the dumplings which is made from flour and eggs (no other liquid).Using a table knife the dumplings are added to the broth one at a time in narrow slices. Once they have cooked. they are removed from the broth which is then thickened with flour and sour cream. Served with the boned chicken on a platter, it is sprinkled with another shot of paprika. Hungarian, of coourse. Have a good trip and don't be afraid to order this dish while there.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21768867.post-17767274591405292472007-09-13T04:05:00.000-07:002007-09-13T04:05:00.000-07:00I would try to eat Tarhonya at least once, they're...I would try to eat Tarhonya at least once, they're egg barley:

http://www.ochef.com/72.htm

have a nice stay, und "Gute Jagd"

brigitteAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21768867.post-33169683732459431852007-09-09T15:45:00.000-07:002007-09-09T15:45:00.000-07:00A special Budapest promo film prepared for a confe...A special Budapest promo film prepared for a conference for young entrepreneurs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8g-Twp2tu6w

TomciUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15070466971992645322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21768867.post-17136085026199467702007-09-09T15:39:00.000-07:002007-09-09T15:39:00.000-07:00Hi Tim,I am a 32 yr old Hungarian guy from Budapes...Hi Tim,

I am a 32 yr old Hungarian guy from Budapest.
